Some of us need to keep count—what is the optimal number of cookies I should eat in a week?
I use a spreadsheet like this to keep track of how close I stick to my optimal numbers. For some things— like chocolate cake—I've learned my optimal number is 0. But it's still what I ask for on my birthday.
